Company Policy – Elite Gouna Real Estate Services
1. Definitions
- Company: Refers to Elite Gouna, a licensed real estate intermediary that acts as a link between the property owner and the tenant.
- Owner: The person or entity that owns the property offered for daily rental.
- Client (Tenant): The person who books the property through the platform or via company representatives.
- Property: The apartment, villa, or any type of real estate unit available for daily rental.
2. Role of the Company
The company acts only as an intermediary between the owner and the tenant and is not a direct party to the lease agreement. It provides marketing, booking, identity verification, and payment facilitation services to both parties. The company is committed to maintaining the confidentiality of client and owner information and will not share it with any third party unless legally required or with prior written consent.
3. Owner Obligations
- The owner guarantees that the property is fit for habitation and equipped with all essential facilities.
- The owner agrees to provide accurate and up-to-date information about the property (location, photos, amenities, price, and internal policies).
- The owner bears full responsibility for any legal issues or ownership disputes related to the property.
- The company reserves the right to suspend or remove any property in case of legal violations or frequent customer complaints.
4. Client (Tenant) Obligations
- The client must use the rented property for personal accommodation only and not for any commercial or illegal activities.
- The client must adhere to the check-in and check-out times agreed upon.
- The client is responsible for any material damage or loss occurring during the stay.
- In case of cancellation, the following policy applies.
5. Booking and Payment Policy
Bookings are made through the platform or company representatives after paying a deposit or the full amount according to the property’s terms. The company reserves the right to deduct an agreed commission from each booking as its service fee. If the owner fails to confirm the booking within the specified time, a full refund will be issued to the client.
6. Cancellation and Refund Policy
- Once a booking is confirmed: No refunds are available under any circumstances. All payments become final and non-refundable immediately after the booking is made, regardless of cancellation, no-show, or early departure.
- Cancellation more than 48 hours before arrival: (Not applicable if payment was already confirmed as non-refundable.)
- Cancellation less than 48 hours before arrival: 50% of the total amount will be charged.
- No-show without prior cancellation: No refund will be issued.
- If the property is found unsuitable upon arrival or has major defects, the company will intervene immediately to find a suitable alternative or issue a full refund.
7. Legal Responsibility
The company is not liable for any personal injury, lost items, or violations occurring during the stay. While the company strives to verify property accuracy and owner credibility, it does not guarantee 100% quality assurance. Any disputes between the owner and the client should be resolved amicably first with the help of the company, and if unresolved, will be subject to local laws.
8. Privacy and Data Protection
The company is committed to applying the highest security standards to protect both client and owner data. Clients have the right to request deletion of their personal data at any time via email or the website contact form.
9. Policy Amendments
The company reserves the right to modify this policy at any time. Updates will be published on the official website and take effect immediately upon publication.
