Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of elitegouna.com (the “Site”), operated by Elite Gouna, a holiday-home rental and real-estate agency in El Gouna, Red Sea, Egypt. By using the Site you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

What we do

Elite Gouna markets and arranges short-stay holiday homes and related concierge experiences in El Gouna. The Site lets you browse homes, check live availability, and submit an enquiry or a booking request. We act as the agency arranging your stay with the relevant property.

Bookings are requests, not instant reservations

Submitting the booking form on the Site sends us a request — it does not, by itself, create a confirmed reservation. A booking is only confirmed once a member of our team has checked availability and confirmed it with you directly. Availability shown on the Site is updated regularly but may change before your request is confirmed.

Prices and payment

• Prices are shown per night in Egyptian Pounds (EGP) unless stated otherwise, and some homes are priced on request.
• Prices, offers and availability may change, and a few listings may have a minimum stay.
• The Site does not take online payments. Any deposit or payment is arranged directly with our team, who will explain the amount, method and schedule before you commit.

Identity verification

To confirm a booking we require a photo of your government ID or passport, used solely to verify your identity for the reservation. See our Privacy Policy for how this is handled.

Cancellations and changes

Cancellation and amendment terms depend on the specific home and dates and will be confirmed by our team when you book. Please contact us as early as possible if your plans change.

Services and experiences

Yacht cruises, private charters, dining, decorations, transport and other experiences are subject to availability, weather, and the terms of the providers operating them. Times and itineraries are indicative and may be adjusted for safety or operational reasons.

Your responsibilities

• Give accurate information when you enquire or request a booking.
• Use the Site lawfully and not attempt to disrupt, scrape, or gain unauthorised access to it.
• Respect each property and its house rules during your stay.

Content and intellectual property

All text, photos, video, branding and design on the Site belong to Elite Gouna or its partners and may not be copied or reused without permission. Property photos are illustrative; the specific home you stay in is the one confirmed by our team.

Accuracy and availability of the Site

We work to keep listings, prices and availability accurate, but the Site is provided “as is” and may occasionally contain errors or be unavailable. We may update or change any part of it at any time.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Elite Gouna is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the Site. Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt, and any dispute is subject to the jurisdiction of the competent Egyptian courts.
